iPod Touch can now act as PDA. It does not have Mail, Stocks, Weather and Notes. You cannot add new events under Calendar. Those are pretty useful but Apple just wipe it.

Now, you can install applications that you want, but this is not official. So, here is the guide to let you enhance the power of iPod Touch.

This guide only for Windows, for mac click here. After you finished the guide, you will be able to:

1. Add new calendar event

2.Running the missed iPhone application

3.Running the cool native applications that comes from community. Customize iPod Touch with your style.

Stage 1: Making installer on the springboard

Step 1. Backup and restore iPod Touch. Make sure it is iPod Touch firmware 1.1.1.

Step 2. Download the touchfree. Choose the stable version 0.6. Alpha version doesn’t have SSH preinstalled, so it’s not recommended.
