Only specific country have an iTunes store. If your country doesn’t have, you are not able to grab the album art and free songs of the week. But now, you will still be able to grab your own iTunes account using the following method no matter where you are. And it’s free! (Of course you need to pay to purchase the songs and other stuff.)
Step 1. Click here (Click here for alt. link or this for another link.) and enter a fake email address in the field. Click the button to submit. Copy the code as it shown.
OR grab some code in this link. I grabbed “XMRSDL4DRG4H7XHC”
Step 2. Open iTunes and click iTunes store. Look at the right hand side and found the quick links. You may also choose the location of the store that you want to register below.
Step 3. Click the “Redeem” under quick links.
Step 4. Enter the code you copied from Step 2. Make sure you click “Redeem”. It will tell you the code is expired or not usable. Ignore it. Go to step 6.
Step 5. Click the Home Button on the top. And Click sign-in. (Click the following image to enlarge. Make sure you click “redeem” first than click “home”.)
Step 6. Choose to create a new account.
Step 7. Agree the terms and conditions. Then, enter the Apple ID and password. And also the other fields required. Click “Continue” when you have finished.
Step 8. Again, enter the information requested. Notice under the credit card payment, you can now choose “none”. We put the about dialog right there to show you it works under iTunes 8.0.1 during our test. [Click below image to enlarge]
Step 9. If you enter the personal information correctly [Use your brain to enter the correct address and phone number], you will see the following screen. You will now be able to grab the Album Art and free song of the week now.
Step 10. If you see this weird message, your iTunes account is actually created. Back to the home of iTunes store, sign-in using the login name and password. Note this guide works for most of the countries (We tested to create a/c with Japan and US, and it works perfectly.). We only found that it doesn’t work if you choose “UK” iTunes store. We tested it won’t be able to purchase any songs using PayPal or credit cards that is not registered in U.S.

hey. i have followed your directions to step 8
but when i click the none button the “gift card and certificate”
code is still there (i deleted the code in the box but the box is still there)
i’ve typed all my personal information
but when i click redeem the page comes back up again
it says that i didn’t type all my info. and the none button is gone.
i retired a couple of times. still the same results

HELP! half of the steps work for me, it allows me to choose “none” but underneath the payment options it has ” Gift Cards and Certificates” and it says the code you have entered is not valid ? i dont understand this because it says i can choose “none” as the option ????

im from South Korea and i got all the way to the page
where it shows u the payment methods
and i chose ‘None’ and entered my adress and stuff
but won’t let me create my account
and when i keep clickin the ‘continue’ button(about three times continuously),
