  Please note that once you are back in HOME of Itunes store, you have 2 way to create account:
  1- Click on the Account link in QUICK LINK (and this won’t give you option NONE in credit card
  2- Click on the account icon on top left of the itunes menu, just above search field, and this will give you NONE in credit card

  This is awesome, I live in the UK and I got it to work on the UK store, what I did was choose US store, redeem the code, went onto create account then when it says “If this is not your billing address “click here”" Click it and choose United Kingdom, then proceed with createing an account.

  Another way to do this is to sign up for the account the normal way (eg. credit card, pay pal, etc.) Then go to your payment methods and change the method to none. The “None” choice appears once you sign up regularly. Anyway, it worked for me

  I just signed up regularly with Paypal, then went into my account, and changed my payment option to; “None.” You HAVE to sign up using a credit card or Paypal, then you can change the option to; “None.” Hope that helps
