If you are using Twitter, you may find that your friends are changing the avatar with virtual one. Twitter users use the FaceYourManga to create their own avatar by chosing the eye, hair, nose, etc. It suddenly becomes very popular (Thanks to mashable?) and hundreds of Twitter users is now using it. But, I prefer the real photo rather than virtual avatar.
