About the ultimate guide to unlock iPhone 1.1.1 for Windows
UPDATE: Windows guide is here, while there are also Mac OS X unlock guide here.
The iPhone 1.1.1 should now be unlocked. Even the old anySIM unlocked iPhone 1.0.2 can now go for upgrade. There is a viriginizer here which make sure it looks like out of the box iPhone. You can try it at your own risk.
We wrote a guide about unlocking iPhone 1.1.1 for free in Mac OS X. It is now easier to customize your ringtone without editing files. After you follow the steps, you should be able to use any ringtones for free, enable YouTube, using the phone function and 3rd party native applications.
We tried to write one for Windows. We found that the internet guide does not work for us somehow. That’s why there is still no windows guide right here. It looks like we did something wrong because there are lots of successful case. So, we didn’t publish that guide yet. But stay tuned.

can i know unlock my iphone with anysim 1.1 using windows? xp or vista?
will the iphone work well or it has not been tested 100%?
and last question, do i use the same tutorial or do you have one speacial for windows?

anysim 1.1.1 can work with Windows. Once you find the way to upload it to your iPhone, you will be fine. We run anySIM correctly, but we find some difficulty to activate the iPhone.(activate =/= unlock) This is important as activating iPhone enables the phone function.

the tutorial in Mac will not work for Windows user.
The Windows user is on the way, look at the great news here. iDemocracy is released and I am gonna to try it to see whether it works or not.
Stay tuned. And wait for sure. (may be you just need to wait one night)

The Windows guide goes pretty well. sorry to say that this site is mainly maintained by one person, that is me (sometimes it have contributing editors, but mostly it doesn’t have). I am now out for work. Can’t update now.

to try to jailbreak yourself, I used it also. Will post a guide tonight
