A security company discovered a porn site asked viewers to install a mac program comes with malware. When users visit to those sites, they are asked to download QuickTime.dmg. If users choose to install the program from porn site, authorize it and the Mac will get infected. So beware. Only install the programs from authorized sites.
Does it mean Mac is dangerous? Not really. The video seems too over. You won’t get infected when visiting porn sites. You will only get infected when you install and authorize the app from unknown site. Some Mac users have intended to get infected by visiting those porn sites. But, unfortunately, nothing happens. So, we need to rethink about the video content above.
