Running 108 apps in Windows Vista

I talked about running 150 apps in Mac OS X yesterday. Now, Daniel tried to do the similar stuff in Windows Vista. Daniel said the computer is Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 with 4GB of RAM. The CPU apparently is better than the machine tested in Mac OS X. Windows Vista only used 30% CPU usage. Cool. But, do you really run 100+ apps everyday?
