RSS is commonly used in most websites that delivers the latest updates to readers in a simple way. It is supposed to be the quickest way, but readers are required to check the RSS feed manually to know whether the websites have been updated. WordPress.com has added the new services called RSS Cloud which you can push the updates notification to users. If they have installed the RSS reader which supports RSS Cloud, once you have updated your blog, the new RSS feed will be pushed to them immediately.

Unfortunately, there is only one program support RSS feed. Most RSS reders supports checking RSS feeds automatically within a specific time, but RSS Cloud push notification is a better option. Let’s hope the big WordPress.com can help to push the RSS Cloud technology.
