The next Palm phone Pixie with webOS may be released this week. It will be a budget phone for everyone. It comes with a small screen at 2.63″ with 320 x 400 resolution. Previous rumor said it may partner with AT&T. Palm may need to think again to release the Pixie this week or not, because everyone is talking about the new iPod Touch. It is definitely not a good time.
