I talked about iPhone is dugg heavily after WWDC. popFAIL list also think so. Here is the stats they collected since June 6, 2008.
1. There have been 2,781 stories submitted about the iPhone.
2. Of those, 47 submissions hit the front page.
3. 121 Images of the iPhone were submitted. None hit the front page.
4. Apps are a big thing on the iPhone, and 61 stories covered them.
5. 24 “iPhone Killer” stories were submitter. One hit the front page, and it was reported as inaccurate.
6. Regarding dollars, there were 21 iPhone Price stories.
2,781 stories submitted since Friday, that’s a huge number.
