Mac|Life has tested the virtual GPS comes from iPhone 1.1.3 new firmware. The red pin is the exact location, where the blue pin is where the Google Map detected. The worse result is 6 miles difference. For me, the Google Map Location feature works pretty well, but it cannot be the real GPS for your car. The speed is not fast and cannot find where you are quickly when driving the car.
