iPhone Canada does not have the unlimited data plan

We all know Rogers telecom in Canada sucks. Unfortunately, Rogers Wireless and Fido (which is owned by Rogers) are the operators to sell iPhone 3G. The data plan is not that good, also. It starts from $60 with 150 minutes talk time only. It comes with the data plan at only 400MB. No plan offer unlimited data. So, do not click YouTube.app too much. The top plan comes with 2GB data, with 800 minutes. Enough? I guess Canada users want a good reception first.
