iPhone 2G and 3G with firmware 2.0 can now be jailbroken. Currently, the iPhone Pwnage Tool is using Cydia, the Installer.app alternative. But, will Cydia replace Installer? No. The RiP Dev Team is now working on the new version of Installer.app that will work on firmware 2.0. They posted a few screenshots on their site. It feels like “another AppStore”. I love the simply it gives. In the near future, we will have “3 AppStore” in iPhone: Official AppStore, unofficial Cydia and unofficial Installer.
