iPhone does not provide the option for changing ringtones, backgrounds, arrange order by default. You may change it by using those jailbreak commands. It seems difficult to beginners. Get this iFuntastic 2.0 software and you can change it with the simple GUI. Note that it seems easy to change, but they already warn you it may crash the iPhone which may not be able to restore. Wear your seatbelt if you really want to go for it.
