If you are using Mac or Linux, you should probably know about Wine. Wine is a tool that makes unsupported Windows softwares to be run on Mac, Linux or any other platforms. Google now wants Photoshop and more which do not support other platforms to run better through Wine. They hired CodeWeavers, which makes CrossOver Mac, to do so.
CrossOver Mac is a popular software which makes unsupported Windows softwares like Internet Explorer 7 to be run on Mac OS X.
For those who do not use Windows will soon have more supported softwares.
