Google allows to build your own search results using SearchWiki

We all understand how Digg and similar social websites works. It’s all about community contribution. People vote and the story hits up to the front page if it is popular. Google has decided to bring similar feature to users.

By using the new feature SearchWiki, users will be able to customize their own search result by dragging the links up and down. They will be able to comment about the site, and also add some notes. It’s Google that can be customized.

The customized preference will only affects to your account. It won’t affect others. That means it should not be considered as a “Digg clone” but something more. This is the reason why you need to log on to use the feature. It’s still awesome because Google will be able to deliver a better result customized for me next time.

Some users may need to wait for a few days to see the changes. Make sure you have logged in by taking a look on the top right.
