Customer’s MacBook Pro sustain water damage and angry about it

After you pour some water into your MacBook Pro, what would you do? Blame Apple? The Boy Genius Report that a recent customer accidentally pour some water in MacBook Pro. And the customer need to pay $300 up front with no guarantee that this will fix the problem. Apparently the customer is angry about this and send an email to High-level Apple customer care (sjobs@apple.com).

Here is what the customer got for the response,

    Xxxxxxx,

This is what happens when your MacBook Pro sustains water damage. They are pro machines and they don’t like water. It sounds like you’re just looking for someone to get mad at other than yourself.

    Steve

Wow. Looks like Steve is not really care about their customer and the response is rude. But, while you cause the water damage to the machine, isn’t it normal to pay a fee for that? No brand will cover this for warranty because it is entirely your fault. Anyway, both sides have their problem. Isn’t there another good way to treat customers, is it? I do not understand why people still saying “Apple is bad” because of this case.
