BeejiveIM (US$9.99) now supports to send videos to friends instantly if you are using iPhone 3GS. Open iTunes and you can get the update now. The new version also provide bug fixes. BeejiveIM 3.0 does not run smoothly on my iPhone, I hope this update will solve the problem.
