Apple shop advertise DVD Jon’s software?

It’s not intended actually. DVD Jon’s doubleTwist software advertisment banner is placed near the main entrance of San Francisco’s Apple Store. For those who may not know, doubleTwist is the software similar to iTunes. But, it lets you to manage media files for any device besides iPhone and iPod. DVD Jon is specialized in reverse engineering digital media security.

The reason why Apple allows that advertisement placed because that part belongs to BART, the Bay Area’s commuter transit system. Will Apple asks the advertisement to be removed? Probably.
