Apple removed US$999.99 non-sense app from App Store

After several tech blogs reported negatively, the non-sense app “I am Rich” is now removed from App Store. It’s okay to have non-sense app. But, the “I am Rich” app charges people for US$999.99, and it does nothing. Since Apple can receive for more than US$300 if it is sold, we all think that developer and Apple are bringing the biggest scam to us.

Apple seems to know that it is not right to put such a big scam to users, and they have removed the program now. I have tried to search for “I am rich” and the developer name “Armin”, and cannot find any non-sense app that costs people $999.99.

Even thought you won’t buy a shit that costs you lots of money, I feel bad that Apple allows this happen. I thought App Store is safe since it is from Apple, but it is not.

Since Apple stored your credit card information, you will lost the money $999.99 so easy by clicking the wrong button. App Store is worse than Cydia or other unofficial Installer, since unofficial Installer won’t keep credit card information. WTF are you thinking, Apple?

[...] “I Am Rich” software has been removed from App Store. During the time it is live on App Store, everyone worries that they bought it accidentally. Well, this moron above bought the app. He said he is jokingly to buy this app. And he thinks it is a joke. Although it has already said it does nothing, it is not a joke. It has really charged the moron for US$999.99. (You can buy one more iPhone 3G for that huge money. Haha.) He cried for help on App Store comments. You can blame Apple to have this ridiculous app, but you can’t blame if you intentionally click “buy app”. Still, I hope this moron get the money back since the shit app really does nothing at all. Download it and unzip. It’s an exe file and you can execute it directly. Well, this software is just for fun and is free. You can donate $999.99 to developer if you really want to be “I am rich”.
