The industry recently have rumors that Apple is going to build their own search engine. It could be true when you think about it at the first glance. Apple has their own MobileMe service and the Safari market share is growing. They also have famous iPhone which can also help to earn many money. Google CEO Eric Schmidt is also a board of directors of Apple. He involves the mobile strategy of Apple. But, because of the recent introduction of Android phone, rumor said that he may leave the board.
But, think again. Apple receive money from Google. Also, none of the search companies has lost their people for Apple. You can’t make a search engine suddenly with experts.
Rumor exists because Apple seems do not like the search experience on iPhone. Apple may work with Google to provide a better experience rather than building another one by their own.
