Although anySIM 1.2 from elite team has bugs, we now be able to unlock 1.1.2 for free without AT&T. There is still a huge problem for the unlock. You can not press more than one single digit from the dial panel, it hangs. Although you can choose the contact that you want to dial, but it seems no point to upgrade it as it does not support number dialing.There is a way to fix it, but it is complicated so it’s still not recommend for you to upgrade.But we will post a complete unlock guide within these few days anyway. LOL!
hackint0sh users said that may be caused by the extra security by Apple. Since this can cause you serious inconvenience, upgrade to 1.1.2 is not recommended. Please be patient to wait the true unlock from iPhone Dev Team, don’t buy and use any buggy program. Click below for more pictures.

You need to hold down the home and power button until the phone screen turns black ( the slide to power off screen will go black).. then release the power button and continue to hold the home button until iTunes recognizes the iPhone in recovery mode (the phone should be hooked up to your computer during all of this).. otherwise iTunes will continue to ask for you to sign up with AT&T and activate your phone. your other option is to read the ultimate iPhone page and activate using #307# and continue with the jailbreak.

Hi i have a US iphone version 1.0.2 which has been unlocked using anySim. The problem is i installed a few apps and now have too many on the main screen, which means the installer application has been pushed off. there is no scroll ability so how do i go about uninstalling some apps so i can see the installer application. Hello all, I have an Iphone v. 1.1.2 (3B48b) Modem Firmware 04.02.13_G. I have been searching feverishly to find direction on how to jailbreak my phone. I came across some directions but I am unclear if it will work on an Iphone that is already ACTIVATED AND BEING USED WITH AN AT&T PAY AS YOU GO PLAN. I would appreciate any help, since I really do need my cell phone and I don’t want to brick it. So do anyone know if I can jailbreak my phone in its current condition? Thanks

I actually don’t know if this will work now that 1.1.3 is out. I’m not sure if your phone will activate when you upgrade to 1.1.2 because iTunes may not recognize your sim. I have an OTB 1.1.2 with AT&T. I installed the 1.1.1 firmware and used jailbreak.jar on a mac to boot from recovery. From there the phone wouldn’t activate with AT&T. I did the jailbreak with jailbreakme.com and installed oktoprep, then I upgraded to 1.1.2, which at the time was the current FW. I used jailbreak.jar to jailbreak after the 1.1.2 FW was installed. It activated with AT&T immediately after the FW was finished installing. I don’t think will work anymore for the same reasons my phone wouldn’t activate with the 1.1.1 install.

Hi! I have downgraded 1.1.1 iPhone 04.03.13_G, baseband 4.6. It used to work with next sim, but accidentally my boy upgraded it to 1.1.3 and it locked. We went back to 1.1.1 but the 1.1.2 jailbreak does not work maybe due to the new baseband. So the 1.1.1 gadget works as an ipod touch . No way to jail it to 1.1.3 an no way to make a phone again.. However it worked. Is there anybody out there, who knows the solution. We are all so sad

Hi folks, I just bought an unlocked iPhone 1.1.2 but I cannot get it to work with iTunes on my Powerbook. It simply does not show up, no matter what I do, no songs to sync, no calendar, etc. I’ve used iTunes 7.3.1, 7.3.2 and I found another post that said “use iTunes 7.5″. Any ideas… please please…? I have that problem where I cannot dial more than one digit before it jumps back to the home screen. I can dial out using contacts though. The only part of the unlock that I have not done is selecting a country on iworld because Bermuda is not there, is this the reason. Everything else works no problem… The phone is oob 1.1.2 and I used iturbosim v3 to unlock.

i have Iphone 1.1.2 .. yesterday I activated/unlocked by using ziphone 2.4 .. now it got unlocked .. but i am not been able to install package like anysim and bsdsystem.. as it shows “Host not found” .. i dont have wi fi connection with me..
