Erica helped us to ask the McAfee directly about whether it is legit or some fake software.First, the software is genuine and really developed by McAfee. The domain “mcafeemobile” is from McAfee. Joris Evers, director of worldwide PR for the antivirus vendor said they are always willing to try something new on the platform. It is still unsure that whether this software will go to public in the later time. It is a proof of concept. You may take a look of 2 udpates mentioned in the TUAW report.
