Source has tested the popular web browsers performance on Windows 7 RTM, Vista and Windows XP. Windows XP SP3 still runs browsers faster than the others. But, compare to Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 is improved. It means the speed gap is getting smaller. It seems impossible for Windows 7 to get the same speed as Windows XP, but glad to see Microsoft has improved the performance when comparing with Vista.
