We still don’t know when will Quake ported to iPhone and let us to download it. But, we can always have lots of 3D Games to choose from the App Store. This first person shooting game Cube is an new app that just like Quake.
Use your finger to swipe, fire, jump and navigate through the 3D World. The viewing position is affected by the accelerometer. Overall it works smoothly, but sometimes you will see “Loading images” above. I hope the performance will be better in the next update, but since it is free, what can you expect?
By the way, I am still learning how to run in the game smoothly. Damn, it’s not easy for me.
