Download files to iPhone storage through Safari

Safari can only help to save images. If you have jailbroken the iPhone, you can now even save more kinds of files to the storage. With the recent “Safari Download Plug-In” available in Cydia, you can save different kinds of files in the storage on-the-go. It is a famous plugin for firmware 1.1.4, and they are now supporting the firmware 2.0/2.0.1. The files will be saved in “/var/mobile/Library/Downloads” folder.

      raj,

Jailbreak your iPhone. Install OpenSSH through Cydia. Browse the iPhone using FTP software like WinSCP. Then you can find the /var/mobile directory
