Twitter is down again? Over capacity?

May 28th, 2008

Twitter is a very useful tool as I always mentioned. I used it to deliever instant tech news through my feed and also the iPhone edition. Unfortuantely, Twitter got lots of problems recently. I found that the downtime is frequent these days. By the time I write this blog, I cannot login to the site because of “over capacity”. Can Twitter handle more users in the future?

Things are going fast. iPhone 1.1.3 is now available through your iTunes. If you have synced and click Check for update, you may see this thing. Notice if you are using AT&T and other official carrier of iPhone, and you didn’t install and use 3rd party native applications, you can go for upgrade now.

But, if iPhone is anySIM unlocked or jailbroken, you cannot go for upgrade. As early report confirmed this update will break and ruin all the unlocked iPhone. It will also break the 3rd party native applications. The worse thing is that some reports rumoured after updated to 1.1.3, you cannot go back to 1.1.2 and use the iPhone correctly. The iPhone will then turns to be iBrick.

This news is true unless someone found the way out to break Apple again. And it may also applied to iPod Touch update.

Note to those TurboSIM (and those who use hardware trick) users, since jailbreak may not be able in 1.1.3 right now, it may not work correctly after you updated 1.1.3.

Apple.com is now back and online. You can now explore the Macbook Air at home. Note Micro-DVI to DVI adapter and Micro-DVI to VGA adapter will be included. Pricing at US$1799 is not that impressive, but the design looks brilliant and cool. I don’t really impressed for the weight at 1.36kg. The whole thing is Macbook – superdrive = Macbook air.

If you don’t mind it is running Linux/Windows and looking for portable notebook, ASUS Eee PC seems a better choice and is affordable.

What would you think about it?
