Latest Tech News

I digg a lot. One thing I don’t like about Digg is big blog sites dominates Digg a lot. For instance, Engadget, MacRumours, Gizmodo knows there is a new MacBook and MacBook pro released. And they all submit the news to Digg. Since they already got a lot of readers, no matter the same story is already on Digg, their readers still digg for it. And see, here is what happen after MacBook Pro released on Digg. 4 same stories get on to the hot list in technology.
That’s why I believe this is really hard to get on Digg popular, but it is not that hard if you’re popular blogs. No matter the story already posted or not, you can still get to the popular page.

You know YouTube was unable to access yesterday, and the reason is all about Pakistan. Pakistan government said there is inappropriate content on YouTube, and it should be blocked away. Their local service provider PCCW found that Pakistan created massive Denial of Services to YouTube, and Pakistan also created malicious routes to YouTube. PCCW decided to close all the connection routes to YouTube. Hence we cannot access the YouTube for more than one hour yesterday.
Why is the service so vulnerable, anyway?

Windows and Mac OS X are both good system. They both have good features and bugs. Anyway, as you should know, Apple’s Mac products can now run both Mac OS X and Windows. It can be done with free software called BootCamp. This attracts Windows users to try Mac since it can run 2 systems. And it seems this guy didn’t really get used to Mac OS X, and so he installed Vista for all of the new MacBook Pro. I think Apple will still thanks to this guy since he uses Mac products anyway.

Sometimes the OS will mess up if installed wrong program, no matter you use Mac OS X or Windows. Personally, I don’t have the preference on whether using a Windows or Mac OS X. I uses both, actually. Here is my story on how I get the annoying dialog keeps pop out in Mac OS X.
I installed Internet Cleanup 5 to try. Internet Cleanup is a software that can help to clean all the internet traces and spyware. I tested it using the demo version and recommended my readers to try it. The review article is on local magazines. It worked pretty well during the demo period, but not so good after it is over.
After the demo period, the above dialog keeps coming out and say I need to purchase. I uninstalled the program using AppZapper and repair my disk permission. And then, I tried everything on the support page of official site and nothing helps. The above error dialog stays here. The worst thing is that when I pressed OK, the dialog appears again and again after sometime. Really annoying.

I feel so angry and can’t believe a program can act like this. There is no uninstaller present in the Installer program. The InternetCleanup Agent dialog keeps coming out and say I need to pay for it.
I am now trying to contact with the developer to see if they can help.
I can’t believe I made my Mac OS X like this.Video after the break.
