Although Sony said the Skype accessory for PSP will be postponed, but they already include the Skype software in this recent PSP firmware update. The list of update are as follows:
* Support for PLAYSTATION Network titles has been expanded.
* Skype has been added as a feature under Network.* (Only for PSP-2000 series.)

Hate it or want it? MacBook Air is now shipping according to Apple’s recent press release. It is the thinnest notebook with 13.3″ screen. It also comes with multi-touch mousepad which is so innovative. But, it does not have Ethernet port, DVD-ROM, and only with one USB. It may not be so portable cause you need to bring extra stuff to make it work. Have you ordered MacBook Air, fanboys?
On the other hand, Apple TV new update software is officially delayed. They originally planned to release a new update to users for support of HD rental movies on wide screen TV. And Apple said it is not quite finished.

Apple posted “Find out how” video series on their website. It includes many categories including Photos, Movies, Web and more. Apparently those videos are aim for very new Mac users, if you used Mac for a long time, you may not want to waste the time to look at it. Interesting though, it includes a video about windows on a mac. Nice.

Mac|Life has tested the virtual GPS comes from iPhone 1.1.3 new firmware. The red pin is the exact location, where the blue pin is where the Google Map detected. The worse result is 6 miles difference. For me, the Google Map Location feature works pretty well, but it cannot be the real GPS for your car. The speed is not fast and cannot find where you are quickly when driving the car.

I always think that getting to the front page on Digg is not easy. Techcrunch reported the registered Digg user raised about 300% in a year. This is a huge and crazy amount. You may think since there are more users, if the topic is interesting, it should get to the top of Digg.com quickly. It may be true. But, what since there are so many users submit new stories, the stories are rolling fast. How many people know every single new story and digg it? I think most of the people are just going to the popular site (Engadget, Gizmodo, TechCrunch, etc.), when they see the Digg button, they digg it. I mean they are not digging from Digg.com directly. Let’s work hard and be dugg.

You can’t imagine the ability of 13-year-old kid. iJailbreak which jailbreak iPod Touch/iPhone easily now supports firmware 1.1.3. You need to have jailbroken 1.1.1 or 1.1.2. OpenOffice 3 is a free office suite which delivers more than I want. It has been at version 2.3 for a while, and there will be a huge update at the coming version 3. OpenOffice 3 support Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, but in the coming version, they will specifically design a new Aqua user interface.
The new version also comes with support of PDF, Microsoft Office 2007 XML formats, and even edit WordPress blog directly. The beta will comes out within few months, and the final release may be released by September.

A new mobile device browser, Skyfire, claims for giving users full internet experience on the phone. The software now currently in private beta, and it can shows the Flash, JavaScript, Ajax and more directly on the phone. You can take a look of the video and everything renders quickly and fine.
According to Webware, Skyfire is not a real and full internet browser. It is a proxy browser. It means Skyfire’s company has set a proxy server in the back and delivers the content. Skyfire makes good use of proxy and delivers the better internet experience. But, once Skyfire becomes very popular, their server will always at high request and may down.
